Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Unless otherwise specified, you will receive the same color / design as in the picture, but before ordering check the real dimensions of the products in the description, because sometimes the real dimension do not show in the picture.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

You will receive an email when you order, and an email, and an email when your order is being processed (this happens on the next working day).  If you don't receive any of this emails, this means that something went wrong.  In that case, contact us.

How can I return an item?

You either can return it by courrier or bring it along to our location during work days and hours.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

Items marked out of stock WILL be restocked, but we have no real control on the time it will take for them to be back in stock

Where can I ship my order?

We can ship your order wherever you are, so no worries!
